
"You must forget this boy," she said.
"What boy?"
"He must be very bad boy." She tapped my drink. "Why else you drink this big bucket? You must forget him."
I stared at her. "There's no boy."
"I know bad boys. Every day I see bad boys. I work in deli-mart. You think I don't see bad boys? You must forget him. He makes you fat."
I was so not fat! Okay, so my skirt was a little tighter than usual. It had shrunk from the whole apple juice thing!
"Can I pay?" I shouted.
